Ongoing bookkeeping services, if offered, are provided under a separate agreement.

3. Engagement & Payment

Pearl Ledgers is not responsible for errors, delays, or outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

5. Scope of Work

Services are limited to the scope and time period agreed upon at the start of the engagement.

Any additional work outside of the original scope may require a separate agreement and additional fees.

6. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Pearl Ledgers does not provide tax filing, legal advice, or financial advisory services. Clients are encouraged to consult with a CPA, tax professional, or attorney as needed.

7. Communication

Communication is conducted via email and scheduled calls. Ongoing support outside of the agreed service scope is not included unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl Ledgers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.

Total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.
